How can I save money on my room rates?

- Ask about suites. The Hotel might have a suite available to meet your needs that would be less expensive than two separate rooms. Remember to check on the bathroom arrangement, you may find having only one bathroom too limiting.
- Shopping the Internet can be the quickest and easiest way to compare many Hotels’ rates to find the best deals.
- Check into booking your room through a consolidator, they buy large blocks of rooms and often will pass their large discounts on to the individual consumer.
- You can check the national chain’s 800 number and also check with the Hotel directly, since one operator may be offering a special of which the other is unaware. ASK, if this is the best rate they have available.
- Check into booking your vacation as a package. You might be able to save by booking your room along with a certain airline, rental car or attraction ticket package.
- You can apply coupons, but read the coupons carefully for exceptions and their terms of use.

How do I get driving directions to the hotel?
Click the map link on the hotel property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address of the hotel. Click the tab: “directions to hotel”, enter your address and click “submit”. You will see a detailed list of how many miles and where to turn.
Do I pay for the entire reservation amount or do I just make a deposit to hold the room?
It depends on the how we negotiated with the provider. Some of our providers require just a room night deposit to hold your room while others require pre-payment at the time of your reservation. Please refer to the amount displayed on the hotel confirmation page to see what your credit card will be charged upon making the reservation. Typically those requiring pre-payment are offering significantly reduced rates.
What about parking at the hotel?
Free parking is provided at many hotels. Check the property information pages for information on parking.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed with the hotel?
You will receive an instant confirmation to your email address immediately following your reservation. You may also receive a secondary supplemental confirmation number, which we can use to instantly validate as the providers' acknowledgement of your arrival.
